    About Us

    Uncategorized Friday, 5 November 2021

This study program was established in 1985. Initially, this study program had the name Socio-Economic Agriculture/Agribusiness. However, based on the ASEAN University Network-Quality Assurance (AUN-QA) assessment, the name changed to Agricultural Economics and Agribusiness. This name change is to make it easier for stakeholders so as not to confuse stakeholders.

The name change was implemented in 2017, following Rector No. 1718/UN1.P/SK/HUKOR/2017 concerning the Naming of Study Programs at Gadjah Mada University. The duration of the lectures taken by students is eight semesters with a total of 144-148 credit units (233.1-239.1 ECTS). Students’ final degree when they graduate is Bachelor of Agriculture (S.P.) or Bachelor in Agriculture. read more
